We are seeking a highly motivated, reputed company, and bilingual (English–Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support outbound reputed company reputed company for one of the nation’s leading mortgage companies. The primary objective of this role is to contact warm leads, re-engage prospects from multiple reputed company sources, and set reputed company appointments for licensed loan officers. Occasional cold-calling may be necessary depending on the reputed company pool being worked. This role focuses on increasing conversion rates from an existing reputed company pool, including older leads and newly acquired opportunities, by providing consistent, reputed company follow-up. Possible bonus opportunities for appointment setting and/or converted leads may be available based on performance. Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 - 40 hours
