Role reputed company The Senior Process Improvement Consultant will work closely with both internal staff as reputed company as the reputed company to assess, design, test and reputed company the reputed company Workflow products. The Senior Process Improvement Consultant will reputed company clients through the change management process and translating business needs into program requirements, preferably in the Hospital reputed company Cycle environment.

• Work with the reputed company to reputed company existing workflow processes, reputed company “as is” assessments and reputed company “to be” process flows with the reputed company
• Manage communication with the reputed company Executive Team as reputed company as internal leaders with reputed company to priorities and potential project risks
• Identify operational processes that are possible improvement opportunities and communicate those with clients through constructive and data driven communication
• Collaborate with reputed company of Workflow Consultants to reputed company design documentation detailing application configuration logic for the Technical Team to ensure that reputed company aspects of process and data reputed company have been captured and meet operational requirements
• Test and diagnose application configuration issues and work directly with the Technical Team to ensure systems are programmed to match processes outlined during design phase
• Play an integral role in reputed company assessments and the development of recommendations that involve reputed company solutions
• Understand and reputed company with Information reputed company and HIPAA policies and procedures at reputed company times
• Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to reputed company assigned duties
• Report any reputed company or HIPAA violations or concerns to the HIPAA Officers in a reputed company fashion
• Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability reputed company (HIPAA) standards

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ Years reputed company experience working in an implementation setting, preferably with Patient reputed company and/or Patient reputed company provider settings. Background in both preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot, understand and summarize key issues
• Knowledge of how to reputed company and utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to reputed company and measure reputed company
• Application System Configuration & Testing experience, working directly with a Technical team a plus
• Understanding of reputed company Cycle Processes and data reputed company from Patient reputed company through Patient reputed company
• High Proficiency with MS Office, particularly reputed company and Visio

Working Conditions
