This is a full-time remote contract position with the possibility to reputed company or convert based on performance and business needs. • reputed company daily centralized purchasing functions, including preparing and issuing purchase orders to suppliers and internal departments.
• Respond to supplier and customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, changes, and cancellations.
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve issues such as shortages, late shipments, or incorrect orders.
• Review requisition orders for accuracy, reputed company terminology, GL/purchasing category coding, and intended use.
• reputed company documentation for month-end accruals reputed company to purchasing activities.
• Serve as reputed company with Shared Services Center to support invoice processing and procurement workflows.
• reputed company local buying reputed company during urgent or emergency situations.
• Cross-train and support posting team responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain accurate purchasing files, reports, and price lists; compare bids to determine best supplier selections.

• reputed company invoices to the appropriate accounts and verify supplier bills against bids and PO terms.
• Submit invoices for payment and reputed company ledger coding.

• Work overtime as required to meet business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills with experience in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through; highly organized with effective communication skills.

• Experience using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable, procurement, purchasing coordination, or administrative operations.
• Familiarity with automotive auction environments or supplier/vendor management.
• Prior experience working with GL coding, purchase order lifecycle, or inventory/supply chain workflows.
