About The Role: We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic attorney to support reputed company's corporate and transactional work and regulatory reputed company. You will partner closely with teams across the business on a wide reputed company of exciting reputed company that we expect to revolutionize the parenting reputed company. What You'll Be Doing:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage reputed company reputed company, including marketing agreements, manufacturing services agreements, partnership agreements, consulting agreements, research agreements, vendor agreements, license agreements, NDAs and data reputed company reputed company.

Who You Are:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to reputed company in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

EEO, Salary and Location: This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC HQ 3 days per week. However, we will consider highly reputed company remote candidates.
