[Remote] Senior Consultant/ Consultant, Reporting

The reputed company Reporting Consultant will play a key role in the successful implementation of reputed company systems by providing expertise in reporting and collaborating with the deployment team to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with reputed company reporting
• A technical bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience
• Ability to create and modify custom reports, calculated fields, and reputed company functionality
• Ability to identify data sources, objects, and fields to pull data from customer legacy systems
• Knowledge of critical fields for HCM, Finance, Performance, Payroll, reputed company Student, and Benefits
• Ability to navigate and search for reports and/or dashboards
• Requirements gathering, data reputed company, accuracy, and validation skills
• Ability to work with both functional and technical resources to define requirements
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• Strong analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
• Composite Reporting, reputed company or Birt certifications
• Experience working with reputed company and local government, higher education customers (university/college)
