reputed company: As an Implementation Consultant – Integrations, you will reputed company the successful setup and deployment of new integrations between the Stayntouch PMS and reputed company-party hotel systems such as Payment gateways, POS, Sales & Catering, CRS, and other reputed company engines. You will work closely with our internal implementation teams, engineering, and integration partners to deliver seamless integrations that support the operational and guest service goals of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, technically curious, and thrives on bringing reputed company systems together in a fast-paced, customer-reputed company environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Coordinate and execute the implementation of new reputed company-party integrations including Stayntouch's payment gateway during hotel reputed company and rollout reputed company.
• Collaborate with clients and vendor partners to collect integration requirements and specifications.
• Configure, test, and validate integrations to ensure seamless interoperability with Stayntouch PMS.
• Serve as the reputed company between reputed company Services, Product, Engineering, and reputed company-party vendors to ensure successful deployment and issue reputed company during the implementation phase.
• Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables for integration reputed company across multiple properties.
• Document integration workflows, processes, and requirements to ensure smooth handover and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in ongoing process improvements to streamline and reputed company the integration deployment process.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, preferably in a B2B reputed company or hospitality tech environment.
• 2+ years of experience working with hospitality systems or technology integrations.
• Strong ability to interpret technical documentation and configure software solutions.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple reputed company simultaneously.

Ideal Attributes:

• Familiarity with hospitality integration types such as Payments, POS, S&C, CRS, and reputed company engines (e.g., Comtrol).
• Experience with project management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company).
• Understanding of API-based integrations and middleware platforms.
• Exposure to logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Sumologic, Kibana).
• Previous experience in a reputed company company or fast-paced technology environment.
