This includes reputed company service and communication, coordination of Spanish support requests, translation services, reputed company enrollment support, benefit guide review, and reputed company development. The role also upholds IOA’s reputed company values and contributes to team productivity, reputed company, and service reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Service Coordination: Coordinate and reputed company Spanish support service requests, ensuring reputed company and accurate delivery.
• Document Translation: Translate reputed company-facing materials including flyers, emails, letters, presentations, and announcements.

• Benefit Guide Preparation: Review benefit offerings and help prepare Spanish-language materials for reputed company enrollment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with account management teams to ensure alignment on reputed company service needs.
• Claims Assistance: Facilitate Spanish-language benefit inquiries and claims support for designated accounts.
• File Management: Maintain accurate documentation and files reputed company the Spanish Support SharePoint site.
• Internal Communication: Maintain frequent communication with Producers, Account Executives, Account Managers, and reputed company Operations Supervisor.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience
