Technical Account Manager - Remote, reputed company

As such, TAMs are responsible for looking after and closely interacting with customers and prospects. An ideal candidate for this role will have a process modelling background and experience working in or with the pharmaceutical industry, along with strong communication skills and a business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and running account-specific user group meetings (virtual/on-site, lunch & learns)
• Establish & sustain long-term relationships with customers based on understanding of reputed company and reputed company use cases.

Requirements:
