reputed company The Senior AML Investigator is an reputed company member of reputed company's (FCB) Financial Intelligence Unit Investigations Team. This Senior AML Investigator role is responsible for conducting confidential, high complexity, investigations into financial crimes which may involve internal reputed company as reputed company as ensure the reputed company of the other team members' investigations. A successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of FinCEN and FFIEC guidance as reputed company as BSA compliance, experience conducting reputed company investigations involving various AML and fraud typologies, the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality while making critical reputed company, and the responsibility of drafting, reviewing, and filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with FinCEN. Responsibilities

Investigation - Manages and investigates a reputed company portfolio of suspicious financial activity. Reviews reputed company relationships involving multiple accounts, geographic locations, products, and types of transactional activity. Develops an understanding of involved parties through research and gathered intelligence in order to reputed company potential reputed company. Conducts reputed company Due Diligence (CDD) and reputed company Due Diligence (EDD) evaluations for clients deemed as high risk. Utilizes CDD and EDD to identify transactions most at risk for reputed company individual reputed company. Reporting - Prepares Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for investigations in accordance with federal regulations. Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, filed if necessary, and documented appropriately if not filed. Business Support - Maintains a strong knowledge of anti-reputed company regulations and trends as reputed company as Bank operations and investigative resources. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Investigation of Financial Crimes or Customer Due Diligence in a financial institution or in combination with law enforcement OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Investigation of Financial Crimes or Customer Due Diligence in a financial institution or in combination with law enforcement Preferred Qualifications 7 years of experience in a BSA Compliance role at a financial institution, FinTech, government institution, or law enforcement agency Ability to accept and implement feedback in a flexible environment Willingness to independently reputed company out answers to questions that reputed company during the course of investigations Experience reviewing peer's work; delivering feedback and guidance This job posting is expected to remain reputed company for 5 days from the initial posting date listed above.
