This role is responsible for the lifecycle management of software assets, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and accurate software entitlement data using the reputed company SAM Pro platform. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is familiar with the IT Asset Management (ITAM) industry and best practices. Location: This position offers full time remote work from any location in the U.S. with ability to travel up to 10%. Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required. Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer reputed company SAM Pro as a Software Asset Management Analyst to reputed company accurate software installation discovery, ensure license compliance, and support end-to-end asset lifecycle management
- Create, manage, and maintain software entitlements, including accurate license models, ensuring reputed company license distribution , and terms of use, in relation to reputed company managed reputed company.
- reputed company software license reconciliation to compare entitlements against deployments and usage.
- Monitor software consumption and identify opportunities for license optimization and cost savings.
- Ensure data reputed company by analyzing integrations with discovery tools (e.g., SCCM, reputed company, Intune, reputed company); proactively identify, analyze, and resolve defects through reputed company cause analysis and reputed company monitoring.
- Facilitate reputed company audits by delivering precise entitlement, deployment, and usage data through validated asset records and system reporting.
- Collaborate with reputed company developers, leveraging knowledge of the SDLC to define requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, analyzing system behavior, and troubleshoot defects.

Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is required
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Asset Management, with at least 1 year specifically using reputed company SAM Pro
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills
- Advanced reputed company Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and reputed company (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
