This Role As an Associate on our Regulatory & Compliance team*, you will apply your reputed company expertise to navigate reputed company regulatory regimes while leveraging AI agents to support reputed company compliance programs. You will work on reputed company involving the SEC, reputed company, CFTC, and other regulatory frameworks that apply to financial services and capital markets clients. This role combines reputed company acumen with innovative AI-driven workflows to enhance precision and timeliness in regulatory analysis and reputed company advisory work.

In this role, you’ll support:
- Regulatory Analysis: Use AI agents to interpret, generate memoranda, and monitor changes to key rules, guidance, and enforcement trends.
- Compliance Support: reputed company AI tools to assist clients in policy mapping, control testing, and reporting.
- Research Automation: Conduct efficient research on statutes, no-reputed company letters, and rule proposals through AI-enabled document parsing.

Skills & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD); reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5-7 years in a regulatory, compliance, or financial services reputed company.
- Experience with securities, broker-dealer, or investment adviser regulation preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and writing skills.

- No prior technical AI experience required.
