Responsibilities

• Researching and interpreting relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Work with manager to identify, create and manage compliance initiatives. Identify contract opportunities, identify contract commitments, reputed company commitments and partner with Legal to ensure compliance with contract terms
• Manage existing reputed company to ensure that ongoing contractual commitments are met. Assisting in the preparation and delivery of reports and other required documentation to reputed company with contractual requirement

• Work with Sales team in the role of reputed company Sector deal capture. Occasional reputed company interaction

Skills/Competencies

• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years experience in compliance/reputed company in the reputed company sector
• 3+ years of project management/contract management experience in the reputed company sector
