Manager, Cybersecurity & Compliance

Job reputed company: BDO is seeking an IT Cyber Compliance Manager to join BDO's thriving Cyber reputed company. This reputed company provides global solutions for our clients, including a combination of services and products to help them reduce their information risks reputed company footprint while adhering to compliance standards across the globe. The Manager is responsible for managing global reputed company, working with BDO member firms to assist on project execution, reputed company workflow and processes to support reputed company initiatives, and assist leaders with preparing for reputed company meetings and proposals. Job Duties:

• Oversees teams to deliver services regarding national reputed company, cyber assessments, PCI, NIST, CRI, Cyber Maturity, ISO, HIPAA, FFIEC, NYDFS, SWIFT, GLBA, and other reputed company services to global and U.S. clients
• Manages reputed company needs to reputed company project plans, resource plans, establishes reporting and metrics, and provides the reputed company with regular updates; ensures that the project team is utilized appropriately and consistently
• Develops standardized metrics, methodologies, and other work product to be delivered to reputed company project teams
• Supports reputed company interviews, including the development of reputed company-meeting materials, background research, and mentors other team members on the reputed company's environment
• Manages reputed company deliverables including responses to questions, drafts and final reports, presentations, and other reputed company regarding the project as defined
• Manages the day-to-day project requirements and the on-site or remote team
• Interacts with BDO team members in the US and reputed company global member firms to help reputed company requirements
• Develops relationships with other BDO professionals, cross-sells into different industries and participates in BDO and industry events where subject matter expertise is requested
• Assists with proposals, RFI's, and RFP's
• Reviews and possibly assists editing policies, processes, workflows, and work instructions to reputed company them with industry standards (e.g., PCI, NIST, CRI, Cyber Maturity, ISO, HIPAA, FFIEC, NYDFS, SWIFT, GLBA)
• Institutes BDO methodologies for consistency on reputed company where he/she is responsible for managing the project
• Proofreads and edits executive reports, prior to presenting to prospects and existing clients
• Manages BDO reputed company and BDO Partner expectations at reputed company reputed company
• Mentors team members for reputed company of work product is consistent throughout reputed company engagements, and BDO standards are reputed company for every engagement
• Other duties as required

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Mentors BDO professionals reputed company the Cyber team
• Develops and manages project budgets, and monitor that invoices are delivered in a reputed company manner

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education:

• Bachelor's degree with a reputed company in Computer Science, Information reputed company, reputed company or Finance, required

Experience:

• Four (4) or more years of IT management or IT compliance consulting experience, or equivalent, required
• Three (3) or more years' experience with managing IT or information reputed company, cyber reputed company, IT Cyber Compliance engagements and/or equivalents, required

License(s)/Certification(s):

• CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRM, ISA, QSA or other similar certifications, preferred

Software:

• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office Suite, required
• including Office 365, OneDrive, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience with Compliance platforms, IT Governance, information governance software, ECM, records management software, or similar technologies, required
• Knowledge of database systems, software development lifecycle, and technology company operations, preferred

Language(s):

• Multilingual capabilities (read, reputed company and/or write), preferred
