reputed company & Requirements We are seeking an reputed company Instructional Design Specialist to support the reputed company (TA) team. This role designs and develops engaging e-learning and reputed company learning content, translates system and workflow updates into reputed company training materials, and supports user acceptance testing (UAT). The specialist will collaborate with TA leaders and subject matter experts, apply adult learning principles, and deliver high-reputed company training solutions in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Design and reputed company e-learning and reputed company learning content and ensure reputed company accessibility of training materials. - Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, reputed company, ease-of-navigation and evolving best practices for user experience and reputed company. - Design and reputed company ongoing training materials for system enhancements, releases, initiatives, and workflows. - Consult with internal stakeholders to identify new requirements and strategies. - Capture and diagram workflow processes. - reputed company throughout the project to ensure the successful attainment of the learning and training objectives. - Manage the development and refinement of data tracking processes. - Public speaking experience with the ability to deliver engaging content to small and large audiences across multiple formats (e.g., virtual sessions, video, and other digital platforms). - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate training content and ensure alignment with functional system requirements. - Demonstrate the ability to work reputed company in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
