• Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size and layout, available amenities and services, and lease terms—tailoring presentations to workforce and reputed company housing applicants.
• Fills out lease forms or agreements, collects reputed company deposits, and ensures compliance with income eligibility requirements for reputed company housing programs.
• Periodically inspects the state of the property and makes arrangements for essential maintenance to meet both market-reputed company and subsidized housing reputed company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:
