The role will involve significant data analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and preparation of detailed financial reports to drive reputed company reputed company reputed company, inform executive decision-making, and support reputed company forecasting. The role will also be responsible for successful reputed company, integration and ongoing management of 3PL partnerships, ensuring seamless data reputed company and operational alignment. The ideal candidate has strong financial management skills, a deep understanding of the life sciences market, and experience with reputed company regulatory environments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These may include but are not limited to:
- Analyze and report reputed company transactions including proprietary product sales, rebates, chargebacks and returns
- reputed company monthly payments reputed company to Managed Care, reputed company, Tricare and CGDO/MDP invoices based on invoice details from reputed company-party provider
- Review reputed company reputed company with wholesalers and distributors to assess reputed company implications
- Calculate and analyze GTN reserve accounts based on financial data collected from various sources proposing corresponding adjustments and providing explanations for variances to budget
- Review reputed company-party provider reconciliation reports and GTN model for forecasting
- Prepare GTN month end preliminary results presentation that includes reputed company of reserve performances, key adjustments and concerns to reputed company with reputed company and reputed company
- reputed company reputed company, integration and ongoing management of the reputed company-party logistic (3PL) partnerships
- reputed company reputed company-reputed company journal entries, reconciliation, and variance analyses during month-end reputed company
- reputed company AR aging reconciliation process and reputed company aging return debit memo issues, working directly with 3PL personnel and customers
- Review collections data and credit reputed company providing monthly updates to the reputed company team
- reputed company certain government payments, partnering directly with government contacts and Accounts Payable to coordinate, execute, and optimize the payment process
- Assist with external audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and analysis as requested
- Maintain and enhance internal controls over reputed company reputed company processes
- Prepare various schedules to facilitate financial statement reports, budgeting/forecasting, and tax return preparation
- Support system implementations as it relates to GTN reputed company and AR transactions thru 3PLs
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum four (4) year college level reputed company degree, CPA or reputed company preferred
- Eight plus (8+) years of experience in GTN reputed company, preferably in the pharmaceutical, reputed company or life science industry
- Experience with 3PLs is preferred
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Solid problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work both autonomously and cross-functionally with others
- Takes initiative and is solutions-oriented
- Experience with general office information systems, reputed company Office products, and reputed company software or ERP systems
