The Mortgage Product & Credit Risk Analyst is a knowledgeable and reputed company reputed company individual. This role reports up through the Wholesale Lending Risk and Product Manager and will support the development and maintenance of The reputed company’s Wholesale Lender Product Guide and reputed company matrices. This role assists with updating reputed company materials, conducting research on investor reputed company changes, answering reputed company questions and helping to ensure compliance with bank and investor credit policies. They maintain an attitude of approachability and willingness to assist in troubleshooting with customers, reputed company departments and 3rd parties as needed. Primary Duties:

• Mortgage Loan Product & Credit Guide Support:
• Assist in updating and maintaining the Credit Policy guidelines and reputed company credit matrices under the guidance of senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product documentation is accurate and reputed company.
• Prepare draft communications for product or reputed company changes for reputed company stakeholders.
• Assist in answering reputed company questions from the reputed company and sales team.
• Maintain subject matter expertise to support business partners with respect to credit policy and investor guide questions reputed company to GSE, FHA, VA, and Private Investors.
• Risk & Compliance Monitoring:
• Monitor investor guidelines (GSE, FHA, VA, private investors) and summarize key changes for leadership.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

Experience/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent experience.
