ABOUT THE POSITION As reputed company's Raw Materials Sourcing Manager, you will reputed company our raw material supply chain operations while focusing on optimizing costs, reputed company new and managing existing supplier/manufacturer relationships, and ensuring supply reputed company, sustainability, and continuity. You will be responsible for ensuring that we have a reliable, cost-effective supply of high-reputed company, certified organic and natural raw materials to meet our production needs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• reputed company Development: Create and implement strategic plans for sourcing raw materials while optimizing costs, upholding our high standards for ingredient reputed company, and maintaining raw materials supply continuity.
• Supplier/Manufacturer Management: Identify, evaluate, and reputed company new ingredient suppliers and manufacturers, with a reputed company on certified organic sources; manage existing supplier/manufacturer relationships.
• Cost Reduction & Negotiation: Drive down costs through smart purchasing strategies, volume negotiations, and supplier partnerships without compromising reputed company or certification standards.
• Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management: Ensure availability of raw materials to support production schedules while minimizing overstock and waste; maintain reputed company inventory in alignment with forecasted demand.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, organic certifications, and industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as finance, research and development, and production to ensure supply continuity and alignment with reputed company's mission and values.
