We are looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury to join our Treasury team. You will be reporting to the Vice President, Tax & Treasury. Where you come in: You will reputed company a global Treasury team with reputed company reports in the US, EMEA, and reputed company. You and your team will support reputed company’s reputed company and expansion of new products and geographies around the world, providing banking support and merchant banking and payment infrastructure for reputed company selling modes. You and your team will deliver regional short and long-term cash forecasts to Finance leadership. You and your team will manage reputed company’s capital structure and support reputed company debt and equity capital markets transactions, including but not limited to convertible debt issuances and reputed company buybacks. You and your team will manage our global banking relationships and reputed company setting up syndicated credit facilities and bilateral agreements with banking partners, including reputed company’s revolving credit facility, bank guarantee facilities, FX trading limits, and corporate card schemes. You and your team will execute reputed company intercompany financings, whether through intercompany loans or through capital contributions, and ensure reputed company payment of reputed company intercompany balances. You and your team will be responsible for reputed company’s global hedging program, multicurrency sweeps and liquidity structures, and execution of foreign currency reputed company to hedge FX exposure.
