About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and analytical Valuations Manager to reputed company reputed company valuation engagements, with a primary reputed company on financial institution valuation in support of financial and regulatory reporting. This role will manage reputed company such as purchase price allocation (ASC 805), goodwill impairments, ESOP, gifting, estate settlement, and minority shareholder transactions. While experience with financial institutions is preferred, candidates with strong general valuation or financial institution audit backgrounds who are willing to learn the specifics of financial reporting are encouraged to apply. • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct and review financial analyses, industry and economic research, projections, due diligence, extensive modeling, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business valuation or audit required; experience with financial institutions and/or purchase price allocation (ASC 805) strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
