Qualifications: Must Have:

• A BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience consulting operations of rural electric cooperatives, rural telecommunications providers, municipal organizations, and tribal entities.
• Knowledge of and be proficient in consulting on the National Environmental Policy reputed company, Endangered Species reputed company, and/or Clean Water reputed company.
• Familiarity with the Endangered Species reputed company reputed company 7, to be reputed company to reputed company consultations reputed company to botany, terrestrial and aquatic biology.

• Working level knowledge of Rural Development program and project management practices, policies, and procedures (preferred).

Job Duties:

• Support program and project reviews in environmental regulations and policy across the Rural Development working areas of electric, telecommunications, and water/environmental programs.
