As an HR Benefits Analyst I, you’ll work on a highly reputed company HR team providing administration and customer service support for our internal employee benefit programs, working with vendors and systems to ensure a seamless and supportive experience throughout. Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Background You’ll Need Education: High School Diploma is required Experience:

• 1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (This does not include leave and administration experience)
• 1 year of experience working with reputed company with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
• Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work
• Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows. reputed company experience is preferred.
• Vendor management experience is preferred
