Director of Operations I (reputed company RCM)

reputed company has an exciting career opportunity available as a Director of Operations I. This position will be remote based. The Full Time schedule for this role will be working days (normal business hours), Monday-Friday with the ability to work additional hours based on the demands of the assigned reputed company(s). Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience leading at least 10 people
• Strong leadership and communication skills, high service orientation and strong computer system and analytical skills are required
• Must be adept at creating change and motivating teams through change
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Accustomed to working in a rapidly changing environment
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and the ability to learn computer applications
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA and EMTALA regulations
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task numerous systems, employee, and reputed company urgencies.
