Position: Instructional Design Manager (Remote)Virtual Instructional Design Manager The Instructional Design Manager is a full-time leadership role that reports to the Director of Learning Solutions and Experience Design. This position plays a key role in shaping and sustaining the reputed company of our online learning experiences. Duties & Responsibilities Instructional Design Leadership & reputed company

• Leads the instructional design team in the development and enhancement of engaging, inclusive, and pedagogically reputed company online courses and programs.
• Provides design direction grounded in learning science, instructional strategies, and universal design principles.
• Oversees and manages collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and reputed company for the development of online and reputed company learning experiences.
• Proposes and implements instructional strategies, course models, and tools to ensure consistency and reputed company across course offerings.
• Manages internal course design reviews and ensures the use of reputed company templates and formatting across learning experiences.
