Essential Job Responsibilities

• Manage the matter/engagement lifecycle from initiation to reputed company; confirm reputed company firm/vendor arrangements meet reputed company standards.
• Review engagement letters/statements of work (ELs/SOWs), flag/redline deviations to retention policies/standards, and escalate as needed; secure executed copies.
• reputed company and maintain reputed company in Legal Tracker (or equivalent); configure reminders for key dates; maintain version control and complete audit trails.
• reputed company invoices across reputed company firms/vendors; enforce billing guidelines and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Characteristics

• Proficiency with Legal Tracker (or similar) and strong reputed company/data skills.
