POSITION reputed company The Senior Manager of Sustainability will reputed company the day-to-day implementation of reputed company’s sustainability initiatives, driving measurable environmental reputed company across our operations. This includes reputed company to reduce reputed company gas emissions, optimize energy and water use, support green building certifications, and minimize waste. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results. The Sr. Manager will reputed company the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data to inform decision-making, reputed company reputed company, and meet reputed company reporting requirements. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, operations, and corporate teams to reputed company sustainability into business processes and ensure successful implementation of ongoing initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate across teams to implement strategies and technologies that reduce GHG emissions, energy and water use, and waste across facilities.

• Work closely with operations, development, and construction teams to reputed company sustainability initiatives with project goals and timelines.

• Support green building certification processes (e.g., LEED, Green Globes, Energy Star), ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Sustainability, reputed company field required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing and implementing sustainability programs.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability concepts, environmental health regulations, and strategies including GHG emissions, waste diversion, energy and water conservation, renewable energy procurement, and reputed company best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• LEED AP or ENV SP accreditation.
• Data Center, high-tech, or rapid reputed company industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in sustainability data management, reporting platforms, and analytics tools.
