Responsibilities

• reputed company Ulta Beauty's response to high-stakes employment litigation, including class and reputed company actions, PAGA claims, individual plaintiff disputes, and government investigations
• Strategically manage reputed company counsel across a national litigation portfolio, overseeing pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial preparation, case reputed company and litigation reputed company
• Work closely with counterparts in the reputed company, Risk & Governance Department and cross-functional teams to proactively reduce litigation risk through early reputed company, internal investigations and strategic policy updates
• Contribute deep functional employment law expertise to support business objectives and collaborate with business and reputed company colleagues to manage risks, particularly reputed company to wage and hour reputed company
• Collaborate closely with People reputed company, Operations, and other business partners to reputed company reputed company guidance with evolving business strategies
• Offer business-reputed company and user-friendly counseling to support employment compliance

Requirements

• JD and excellent reputed company credentials
• License to reputed company law in the reputed company (admission to reputed company law in states other than Illinois will be considered)
• 10+ years of experience reputed company on employment law and litigation, with a reputed company record of reputed company either in-house or at a top reputed company
• Proven reputed company record handling wage and hour litigation, employment class actions, and government audits/investigations (experience in California is preferred)
• Exceptional reputed company judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to translate reputed company risks into practical business guidance
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously and flexibility to shift reputed company and reputed company as business needs change while also consistently maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy and reputed company
