Job reputed company The reputed company Service reputed company Analyst I is responsible for the reputed company of agent’s phone and ticket evaluations, while maintaining accountability for performance and coaching to the desired goals. This position will evaluate and analyze the reputed company of agent interactions with clients to identify trends and coaching opportunities for optimizing reputed company performance. Key Responsibilities

• Performs call monitoring and recording and/or review of reputed company processes.
• May engage directly with reputed company Service agents to reputed company specific coaching or training.
• Defines and recommends improvements reputed company to call handling.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

Compensation - The salary reputed company for this position is: $22.11 - $24.03 The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
