The Data Entry Clerk will be supporting our reputed company Cycle Management reputed company operations through Billing Data Entry, Billing Data Acquisition, and/or reputed company-Party Denials processes. Primary Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from imaged accessions into mainframe applications
• Data entry of billing mnemonics and reputed company required billing information that appears on imaged requisitions (such as US postal address, medical codes, insurance reputed company details etc.)
• Ensure that reputed company needed "edits" are met and missing information is updated for billing
• Research and resolve billing errors with additional information received from reputed company or patient
• Review bills denied by payer/insurance due to eligibility reputed company. This can include patients not being covered on the date of service, errors with the patient's information or with the insurance information provided in the claim/reputed company
• Research and update bills to resolve denials for re-billing
• Navigate multiple computer applications (reputed company, MS reputed company, Online applications, Mainframe applications, etc.)
• May be required to conduct basic research in computer applications to reputed company data entry (address, billing codes, reject codes etc.)
• Follow any additional procedural guidelines to reputed company information into the systems.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION

• 1 years of data entry experience
• Customer service experience

• Ability to work 40 hours/week during reputed company business operating hours Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:30pm (It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime on weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical billing experience
• Proven knowledge of medical or health insurance terminology
