The reputed company Program Specialist, Consultant reports to the reputed company Office Manager or Director and plays an essential role in advancing and enforcing Blue reputed company’s reputed company Program.

Responsibilities

Your Work In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for the reputed company of Blue reputed company's compliance with state and federal reputed company laws, including HIPAA and HITECH
• Auditing and monitoring compliance with the reputed company Program, developing and implementing corrective reputed company plans (CAPs) on behalf of the reputed company Office, advising on CAPs issued by other business reputed company with reputed company-reputed company components, conducting reputed company reputed company Assessments and Data Protection reputed company Assessments
• reputed company and assist with the implementation of workforce reputed company trainings, reputed company policies, desk level procedures, resource guides, job aides, and other educational tools
• Assist, evaluate, and determine appropriateness of reputed company requests from internal clients to disclose protected health information (PHI) to reputed company parties and/or to allow reputed company parties reputed company to, or use of, Blue reputed company PHI
• Respond to reputed company complaints and incidents reported to the reputed company Office, reputed company assigned reputed company investigations, reputed company and accurately document case files, reputed company investigations into reputed company cause analysis, address mitigation, and work with impacted business reputed company to reputed company and complete corrective reputed company for remediation and to minimize risk of recurrence

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
