Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school; license not required
  • 3-5 years of working experience; reputed company experience preferred
  • 3-5 years administrative law and/or appeals experience
  • Technical writing experience

  • Experience with federal reputed company programs (Medicare Advantage desired)
  • Project management experience preferred, Project Management reputed company (PMP)® certification desired
  • Ability to conduct independent research
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
