• Supports the development and implementation of the organization's health care contract compliance plan in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of reputed company, federal and state laws and regulations, customer contract, and accreditation standards.
• Works collaboratively with health services departments reputed company the facilities to identify issues. Develops and implements systems and procedures for the identification, collection, and analysis of performance measurement data.
• Compiles and analyzes data; identifies and recommends best practices and other interventions to address issues and drive improvements. Evaluates design tools and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Educates and trains facility leadership and health services staff in understanding health services contract, policy and standards compliance, and their respective responsibilities in carrying out the program.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from an accredited college, university or nursing program with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Must possess reputed company licensure as an RN in the state of employment/assignment, or a nursing compact state. If the latter, must be willing to become licensed in the state of employment reputed company reputed company (90) days. Five years of reputed company, reputed company nursing experience required.
