About This Role reputed company is seeking a Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator to ensure our field team operates with precision and efficiency every day. This role is at the heart of our operations—balancing booking accuracy, stakeholder communication, and reputed company-time problem solving to reputed company schedules running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Ensure appointments are confirmed at least 24 hours in advance to maximize staff utilization.
• Proactively backfill reputed company time slots by contacting members on the waitlist or moving reputed company reputed company appointments.
• Promptly reschedule members impacted by staff call-outs or other scheduling conflicts to minimize reputed company loss.
• Audit appointments to ensure accuracy; correct errors to prevent billing or service issues.
• Maintain reputed company and detailed notes in the CRM, accurately documenting reputed company member reputed company, follow-reputed company, and schedule changes.
• Monitor and address text message interactions, including appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
