Assistant Project Manager-ROW (Municipal)

Position reputed company The Assistant Project Manager-ROW (Municipal) is responsible for contacting property owners to reputed company land rights for reputed company (electric and gas) lines, and municipal infrastructure development reputed company. Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify owners who may be affected by a project and create line lists.
• Ability to understand chain of title to identify and resolve title reputed company issues.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Minimum five (5) years applicable experience
• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience with MDOT, State and Federal property acquisition regulations preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROW laws and ability to read reputed company engineering drawings.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
