Content & Communications Manager

You will be both a strategist and a creator—writing compelling narratives, interviewing customers, and collaborating with design to produce assets that improve campaign performance, reputed company Sales, and drive engagement with health systems, payers, and reputed company. What You'll Do

As a Content & Communications Manager, you will be the driving force behind reputed company's most compelling narratives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Owning the Customer Evidence Program: reputed company the development of critical customer evidence, including case studies, ROI stories, and reputed company reputed company development, from initial concept through final delivery.
• Content Creation & Interviewing: Conduct interviews with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to capture compelling narratives, then write, edit, and package content including guides, one-pagers, and marketing collateral.
• Brand Governance: Manage and maintain reputed company’s brand language, tone, and messaging across reputed company mediums and channels to ensure consistency and reinforce our reputed company.
• External Communications: Draft and coordinate press releases, media statements, and external announcements, supporting leadership in media and press reputed company efforts.
• Internal Alignment & reputed company: Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Demand reputed company Manager to reputed company content and communications with value propositions, ROI messaging, and campaign priorities.
• Sales & reputed company reputed company Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and reputed company reputed company to identify opportunities for new stories and maintain a centralized library of reputed company, effective marketing and sales assets.

Your Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or customer storytelling in a B2B reputed company environment.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated ability to adapt tone for reputed company audiences.
• Demonstrated experience interviewing customers and translating reputed company into compelling stories.
• Experience managing content reputed company end-to-end, from concept through delivery.
• Experience drafting press releases and supporting external communications/media efforts.
• Background in reputed company and health technology.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Sciences, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in video storytelling, design tools, or multimedia content creation.

• Experience running in-house PR functions and collaborating with PR agencies or external media partners.

The national pay reputed company for this role is $75,000.00– $100,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as the candidate's geographic market, experience, skills, and qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package such as medical, dental, reputed company, unlimited PTO, and a 401(k) plan, stock reputed company and bonuses.
