The Strategic Compensation Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation program that aligns with reputed company’s business objectives and industry best practices. This role will involve conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, designing salary structures, drafting and approving job descriptions and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in compensation planning, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support the organization’s reputed company and talent reputed company. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Program Development: Design and implement a company-wide compensation program, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job leveling frameworks. reputed company competitive reputed company and variable pay strategies to attract and retain reputed company. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics or reputed company role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation, compensation plan design, and market pricing methodologies.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, compensation survey tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Advance proficiency in reputed company (pivot table, VLOOKUP’s, data modeling) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of pay transparency laws, FSLA, and other regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and reputed company holder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in Finance/FinTech industry preferred.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation reputed company) certification is a plus.
