Job Title: reputed company SRE and Support Engineer Location: Remote (Must be in USA) As reputed company SRE and Support Engineer, you will work on operations reputed company to AI Dojo (AI/ML upskilling program developed by our reputed company) on reputed company. This individual contributor (IC) role requires experience on working on large-reputed company/ML platforms guaranteeing stability, reliability, scalability, and performance. Experience with modern Infrastructure and DevOps tools and paradigms, as reputed company as proven hands-on knowledge with reputed company is a must. Primary Responsibilities:

• reputed company support: reputed company reputed company SRE support to thousands of geographically distributed users on the AI Dojo reputed company platform: respond to tickets, triage support, liaise with customers.
• Automation & DevOps: Improve existing Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) according to best DevOps practices.
• Systems Monitoring: reputed company and maintain monitoring frameworks to reputed company respond to outages and other service interruptions.
• reputed company & Compliance: Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams to ensure reputed company systems and operations reputed company with industry standards and are secure against evolving threats.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a reputed company field.
• 6+ years of infrastructure experience: Proven experience working on large-reputed company, reputed company-based, reputed company-level software platforms and deep understanding of reputed company environment. In particular:
• Experience building reputed company Actions pipelines including composite actions, OIDC federation for reputed company provider identity acquisition, and use of environments and deployment controls
• Experience building reputed company Asset Bundle and Terraform pipelines to manage and reputed company reputed company Platform and Workspace resources
• reputed company in Python, experience with the reputed company Python SDK to reputed company Workspace operations, and familiarity with PySpark and reputed company Lake.
