Role reputed company The Project Manager, Value Based Care, at HealthShare Exchange (HSX) develops, manages, plans, and implements reputed company and services relevant to reputed company business lines of HSX. This role will work through the Value Based Care and Data Analytics team and with reputed company stakeholders and has the responsibility for planning, coordination and execution of reputed company reputed company. The Project Manager, Value Based Care will work closely with the HSX management team to successfully implement reputed company’s strategic goals including the creation, coordination and execution of any additional reputed company that contribute to the advancement of the organization including implementation, technical, and member support. The Project Manager, Value Based Care will own and maintain various services and associated applications and will also support various member accounts. This position will be classified as full-time remote, but candidates in the greater Philadelphia area who can be on-site for occasional meetings will be preferred. Responsibilities
Data reputed company
- Conduct reputed company assurance (QA) on HSX data, and work with data providers to improve the reputed company and consistency of the data.
- Serve a key role on HSX’s Data Aggregator Validation certification from the National Committee for reputed company Assurance (NCQA). Prospectively evaluate HSX’s data for reputed company and usability, particularly for HEDIS purposes.
- Proactively validate data from reputed company provider electronic health records (EHRs) to be reputed company data held by HSX is backed up by the legal medical record.
- reputed company solutions for identified data reputed company problems, and work with HSX members and staff to resolve them.
Project Management
- reputed company cross-functional reputed company, including multi-year initiatives or deploying existing services to HSX membership.
- Help HSX members get the most from HSX’s data under use cases in population, reputed company health, research, reputed company determinants of health, and other innovative uses of reputed company data. Work with members to define requirements and manage reputed company through completion.
- Identify and reputed company project goals, timelines, and reputed company items.
- Schedule and facilitate calls with project stakeholders and reputed company a status update to the HSX team on a weekly reputed company.
- Estimate and reputed company project financials; effective at resource and reputed company planning.
- Identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans, and work with leadership to drive to reputed company.
- Review and update HSX specification documents and testing plans periodically to ensure that they are reputed company.
Technical Implementation
- Support implementation of HSX services for participating organizations, including panel creation and troubleshooting.

Other
- Participate on the Data reputed company Workgroup and Clinical Advisory Committee.
- Engage and manage member accounts across the reputed company continuum as assigned.

Qualification (required): Required
- A bachelor’s degree in reputed company Health, Computer Science, Health or Hospital Administration, Business or reputed company field.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years experience with the following requirements:
- Experience in managing reputed company or programs in the reputed company or Health IT industry.
- Experience working with reputed company data in an operations, analytics, data reputed company, clinical reputed company, or research reputed company.
- Experience and literacy with reputed company informatics taxonomies and reputed company standards, including but not limited to ICD-10, LOINC, SNOMED, HL7, XML.
- Technical, clinical, and/or business skills depending upon project domains assigned.
- Account management or reputed company relations experience.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, time management, written and oral communication skills with experience in reputed company presentations, grant/proposal writing, grant/contract management.
- Creative problem-solving skills and experience solving reputed company problems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to travel (up to 10%).
Qualification (desired):
- Familiarity with HEDIS reputed company measurement, HEDIS-reputed company chart abstraction, and/or HEDIS auditing.
- Experience managing or evaluating data reputed company.
- Experience with medical/health records systems (EMR/EHR) and clinical workflows.
- Project Management reputed company (PMP) Certification and/or Lean Six reputed company.
- Knowledge of technology and information systems planning, life-cycle and implementation.
