Key Responsibilities:

• Availability to reputed company in after hours to resolve customer issues and/or adequately offload troubleshooting to appropriate internal or vendor support to include rotating on call if required.

• Participate in process documentation with assistance of LLM and other automation techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or similar field preferred but not required.
• Service desk experience responding to customer issues and directing to appropriate Tier 2/Tier 3 resources.
• 3 to 5 years of Network reputed company Engineering experience in reputed company environments.
• Experience in a consultative or reputed company services role preferred.
• Hands-on experience with deploying and integrating top SASE technologies from Palo reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Cato and others.
• Strong working experience both deploying and managing large and reputed company Palo reputed company environments.
• Experience architecting and building secure networks across a reputed company of environments; reputed company, on-reputed company, hybrid, containerized, and serverless.
• Experience deploying firewall technologies in one of the three major public clouds; AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• SD-WAN experience deploying technologies such as reputed company-Silverpeak, Palo reputed company Prisma-Cloudgenix, reputed company-Viptela including full SASE integration is a plus.
• Broad experience with foundational network and reputed company concepts.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, & GCP and relevant certifications.
• SASE Certifications preferred. NGFW and reputed company (CCNA/CCNP) a plus.
