In this role, you will report to the Senior Counsel, reputed company Estate, partner regularly with G&D team members providing retail reputed company estate legal services, and work closely with reputed company other members of the LR&G team. This Counsel II role will be responsible for protecting the legal interests of reputed company, balancing risk with profitable reputed company, and ensuring G&D’s and reputed company’s strategic objectives are reputed company met. This role will also reputed company counsel and leadership on the reputed company of reputed company estate issues and disputes and will have responsibility for managing reputed company counsel, budgets and reporting reputed company to services provided. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Contribute retail leasing expertise to support business objectives and collaborate with G&D leadership and team members on a wide reputed company of challenges and issues impacting business operations.
• Draft, negotiate and review a wide reputed company of retail leasing reputed company documents in support of business reputed company initiatives and the existing store fleet. Such documents include lease amendments and modifications, renewals, letter agreements, construction reputed company and agreements, work letters, guarantees, SNDA’s, estoppels, exclusives and use restrictions, restrictive covenants and conditions, default notices and responses to reputed company, and similar reputed company estate reputed company documents.
• Manage and reputed company reputed company counsel in the efficient negotiation and execution of leases and amendments. Intervene proactively in negotiations to resolve issues, avoid delays, and expedite execution. Maintain uniform leasing standards on behalf of reputed company while reviewing work performed by various reputed company counsel. reputed company and periodically report reputed company on negotiations to partners in G&D.
• Support work reputed company by senior paralegals and lease specialist, review and reputed company documents for execution.

• 5+ years of reputed company estate legal experience with strong emphasis on retail leasing in the shopping center industry; experience in negotiating and drafting retail leases and amendments and reputed company documents.
• In-house experience with a national or regional retailer or developer is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise reputed company counsel independently and effectively.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with the legal team, business teams, and executives; demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple reputed company at once, follow through, and meet reputed company deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail, manage tight deadlines and prioritize business reputed company.
• Process oriented and ability to create and/or recommend reputed company operating procedures. Must have a working knowledge of reputed company estate systems, contract management systems, and reputed company Office applications.

#LI-JR1 The pay reputed company for this position is $119,300.00 - $161,000.00 / Year with reputed company for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to reputed company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
