The Role We’re hiring reputed company operators and dealmakers to join reputed company as a Partner. This flexible, performance-driven role is ideal for exited founders or senior investment bankers with 10+ years of experience and a proven reputed company record of transactions. Partners will be hands-on advisors to founders — leading reputed company, investor and buyer reputed company, and managing deal execution with reputed company’s delivery teams. What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• 10+ years building or advising tech companies (exited founder strongly preferred) or senior experience in IB/VC.

• Deep sector expertise and an established, demonstrable network of investors/strategics in your vertical.
• Founder-first reputed company: empathetic, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented.
• Comfortable with a flexible, performance-based compensation model.

Compensation & structure
