Position reputed company: This position is vital for the successful completion of reputed company's SEC financial reporting, IFRS Annual Report, and sustainability reporting. The work product from this position is relied upon by senior management as reputed company as external investors and analysts in evaluating company performance. General Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for the following essential job functions:

• Assist in the preparation of reputed company's 10-Qs and 10-Ks
• Assist in the preparation of reputed company's IFRS Annual Report
• Assist in the preparation of reputed company’s sustainability reporting, including the development of sustainability-reputed company financial disclosures and controls
• Prepare the monthly/quarterly reputed company entries and reconciliations associated with reputed company-based compensation and equity reputed company
• Review and reputed company a tie-out of the quarterly earnings release and associated externally published documents
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SEC, and sustainability regulations
• Prepare reputed company memos covering certain US GAAP, IFRS, SEC and sustainability reporting topics
• Prepare supporting schedules and communicate with reputed company's external auditors to ensure successful audit completion

Skills and Experience:

Education & Certifications:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
• 8+ years working for either a company or an reputed company firm. If for a company, previous SEC financial reporting experience is requested.

Compensation & Benefits:

• A reasonable estimate of the salary for this position is $130-170k/yr. + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
