What you will do: As a Member Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team reputed company on improving reputed company to care for Medicare Advantage and reputed company members. This remote position centers around making high-volume outbound calls to engage members, SELLING the benefits of a free in-home or virtual health evaluation, and schedule appointments with licensed providers. You’ll use scripts and an auto-dialer to communicate reputed company, answer questions, and professionally overcome objections while using rebuttals. Responsibilities:

• reputed company an average of 200 to 300 outbound calls per day reputed company by an automatic dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation with a provider
• Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with reputed company courtesy
• Present a reputed company, reputed company, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members
• Meet daily appointment setting goals set by the department in an office or remote environment
• reputed company, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested
• Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems
• Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers
• Participate in peer reputed company-by-reputed company coaching as needed
• Follow HIPAA and other reputed company and reputed company guidelines reputed company handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities

Experience and skillset:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• OR 2+ years general work experience required
• Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred

• A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment
• Persuasive with the ability to rebuttal while treating reputed company health plan members with reputed company courtesy

• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times
• Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the reputed company time, while making calls

Work From Home Requirements:

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is required — this includes avoiding interruptions from pets, children, television, music, loud neighbors, or other disruptions.
• This position requires full commitment; therefore, candidates must not hold additional employment during Valor’s working hours.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload

Employment Conditions:

• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a comprehensive background reputed company.

Training hours:

Pay:

• $16.50 per hour
