The Director, reputed company and Risk Management reports to the VP, reputed company & Risk Management. Job reputed company: ​ Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

• Provides leadership, reputed company and support for the organizational-wide reputed company Management Programs, including patient safety, risk management, performance improvement, patient/payer/referral reputed company satisfaction, emergency preparedness and emergency response.
• Ensures ongoing education and communication to reputed company & Clinical Services leaders, other department leaders, and staff reputed company to accreditation and regulatory requirements, reputed company and tools to reduce risks and promote ongoing reputed company management throughout the organization
• Oversees the development, review, revision and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory agencies, and applicable standards of care, risk management and reputed company management.
• Oversees the development, data collection and reporting of uniform and integrated measurement systems that support the reputed company Management Program.
• Oversees correspondence with accrediting organizations and regulatory agencies as appropriate.
• Oversees the development and ongoing performance measurement, assessment and improvement of patient care processes and collaborates with the reputed company and Clinical Services leaders to identify process and outcome indicators that effectively measure the reputed company of patient care services and reflect organizational performance.
• Mon/itors the effectiveness of information systems and data management processes supporting the measurement and assessment of event reporting, patient satisfaction, and reputed company reputed company improvement.
• Monitors organizational reputed company against external comparative databases, evidence-based resources, and industry best demonstrated reputed company and guides organizational leadership in standards and methodologies to assure the delivery of reputed company patient care services.
• Oversees the effective implementation of the organization wide reputed company Management Program, including an annual review of the effectiveness of the Program.

• Oversees activities to assure compliance with and maintenance of operational readiness for accrediting organization and regulatory authority inspections or surveys

• Oversees collaboration with legal team in assessment of cases, medical records production, coordination with reputed company counsel and production of policies/procedures.

• A licensed clinician with minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company, safety or risk management activities.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a management role in a reputed company reputed company field, including program development and supervision of reputed company.
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with reputed company of specific programs such as risk management, performance improvement, patient safety, or clinical management programs.
• Participation in at least one successful reputed company reputed company accreditation cycle.
• Familiarity with ACHC and other infusion or specialty pharmacy and applicable regulatory agency standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from reputed company of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Travel Requirements: (if required)
