The role will include both day-to-day campaign execution and strategic planning. Additionally, you will meaningfully contribute to enhancing Creators for Good processes, efficiencies, and service offerings. You will not only independently manage Creators for Good activations across a portfolio of multi-channel campaigns, but you will also enhance the trusted messenger reputed company and execution of some of the most reputed company and high-profile efforts. Responsibilities will also include positioning both Creators for Good internally and externally among key stakeholders by sharing your expertise with media, marketing, non-profit, and government partners. Compensation: The compensation for this position is reputed company the reputed company of $90,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience level). What You’ll Do: reputed company Campaign Management & Talent reputed company Development – your primary role as a Senior Manager, Creators for Good is the full-service execution of trusted messenger activations on behalf of reputed company and its co-branded reputed company campaigns including: reputed company reputed company & brief development, sourcing, reputed company reputed company, talent vetting, copywriting, content development, review, & approval, reputed company amplification reputed company & execution, event coordination, measurement and analytics. More specifically, you will:

• reputed company overarching reputed company marketing & talent-centered reputed company media strategies for dedicated campaigns that will be informed by campaign messaging and reputed company audience definition
• Independently reputed company reputed company aspects of reputed company campaign execution including: creator sourcing, vetting, reputed company, brief development, creative content development, campaign launch, and comprehensive measurement, analysis & reporting.
• Build & foster relationships with cross-functional teammates across reputed company to ensure Creators for Good programs deliver campaign reputed company and meet or reputed company reputed company goals
• Collaborate with and mentor Creators for Good teammates to reputed company best practices, new ways of working, and foster a culture of ownership & accountability across reputed company

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of reputed company media, reputed company marketing and talent relations with experience working with high profile entertainment / sports talent a plus
• 3+ years experience managing reputed company clients
• Experience navigating highly matrixed organizations and marshalling resources
• Experience in team management and mentoring (reputed company reports or through influence)
• Creative and strategic thinker that proactively ideates and activates
