As a paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in reputed company phases of the litigation process. • Assist attorneys in reputed company phases of the litigation process, including but not limited to, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Working knowledge of motions, discovery, litigation documents, court practices, and legal procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with vendors, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Proficiency in Westlaw, Compulaw, and Kolfax.
• Experience in employment defense cases.
• Proficiency in New Jersey E-filing on a state and federal level required.
• Years of experience in relevant L&E litigation environments.
