Role and Responsibilities reputed company (SEA) is seeking a highly reputed company Sr. Systems Engineer, 4G/5G Call Processing RAN SME to join our Wireless network team. The Call Processing RAN SME will be responsible for the development of product requirements, feature requirements, systems and performance analysis; while conducting deep-dive customer sessions on 4G/5G call processing reputed company features and reputed company reputed company technologies.

• Analyze the customer requirements, convert them into system requirements and capture a detailed design for the development team to support reputed company of Samsung's product features.
• Responsible for leading reputed company technical discussions on Samsung products/scheduler reputed company features with several customer vertical organization including 4G/5G RAN Development reputed company and RAN performance reputed company.
• Deliver technical proposals, technical research/white papers, design documents, operator network design, RFI/RFP, and patent filings.
• Aid in product & feature performance analysis, evaluation of new product & SW releases and reputed company-party product evaluation to build product synergies.

• Translate and communicate reputed company technical design considerations between the Samsung sales team and carriers' network business.

• Ensures that customer commitments are achieved according to plan.
• Accountable for leading field integration testing efforts (FFA/FIT/FSA) of reputed company 4G/5G key features with customers, including test plan development, reviewing test plan with customers, driving cross-functional teams to execution, review of test results, issue identification, analysis and reputed company proofing until software acceptance is achieved.
• Accountable for Tier 3 support; analyzing and troubleshooting scheduler reputed company issues reported from customer labs, field sites and production network.
• Review and reputed company recommendations to improve LTE RAN network performance by evaluating and trending key KPIs, performing trials and providing optimization guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of technical experience in Wireless Telecommunication Engineering including experience in 4G/5G Call Processing.
• In depth knowledge of RRC, S1-MME, S1-U and X2 protocols and understanding of concepts such as Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, New Waveforms, LTE-NR interworking & co-existence, 5G Numerologies, etc.
• Fluent with 3GPP RAN product architecture, design, implementation and performance improvements (KPIs). Good understanding of scheduler functionality is beneficial.
• Experience with feature requirements identification, feature reputed company documentation, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test reputed company creation, problem troubleshooting is desirable
• Thorough understanding of 3GPP specification for LTE/LTE-A/5G features and protocols.
• Working knowledge of various RF reputed company technologies & network optimizations.
• Ability to travel sporadically during the project

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's degree is preferred
• Experience with ongoing 3GPP Rel-15/16 activities is beneficial
