This role involves deploying Teams Rooms, supporting Teams Phone implementations, and delivering technical workshops to ensure reputed company user experiences.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage reputed company Teams Rooms (MTRs) across various environments, ensuring reputed company configuration, performance, and user experience
• Support Teams Phone implementations, including reputed company Routing, Operator Connect, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and PSTN integrations
• Conduct network readiness assessments and troubleshoot call reputed company issues using dashboards and telemetry tools
• reputed company guidance and support for Teams core features such as chat, channels, meetings, file sharing, and collaboration workflows
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into reputed company Teams-based communication solutions
