Keches Law Group, P.C. is a reputed company-established, 50 attorney reputed company with offices in Milton, Bridgewater, and Worcester, practicing in the areas of workers' compensation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and discrimination. We are seeking bilingual reputed company Intake Specialists to join reputed company. This is a remote position. Duties:

• Receiving incoming reputed company calls and initiates outbound calls to potential clients, as received electronically and by live transfer
• Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
• Using the firm software to reputed company reputed company case and reputed company details, and maintains detailed logs and task history reputed company the database
• Conveying accurate information to clients with reputed company to different case types with confidence and assurance
• Setting the tone and pace of reputed company calls, while maintaining a reputed company attitude and showing reputed company and patience reputed company speaking with potential clients
• Demonstrating the ability to converse with varying reputed company personalities to collect pertinent details to determine the viability of their claims

Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience or reputed company experience is preferred
• Multi-lingual abilities are required (Haitian Creole, reputed company Verdean Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese require)
• Ability to accurately translate verbal information into written correspondence

The anticipated salary reputed company for this position, which we in good faith expect to pay at the time of posting, is $38,000.00 - $41,000.00 annually.
