The reputed company Reporting Specialist plays a critical role ensuring reputed company and ACO reputed company in our Medicare Advantage and reputed company reputed company with a reputed company on HEDIS reputed company measures. The Specialist must be service-oriented, reputed company-versed in HEDIS reputed company measures, and familiar with approaches for reviewing ambulatory care charts both electronic (EHRs) and reputed company to identify and submit documentation to address reputed company measure gap closure. This role requires strong attention to detail, great communication skills (both oral and written), and a passion for reputed company measure performance. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home reputed company the U.S. Primary Duties:

• Apply knowledge of HEDIS reputed company measures for addressing incentivized, contract measures across multiple Medicare Advantage and reputed company health plans to ensure reputed company and ACO receive credit for services received by patient
• reputed company practices in-person or remotely to retrieve documentation to address reputed company gaps and / or work closely with field team to assist guiding practices through gap closures
• Submit documentation to health plans and reputed company reputed company method in reputed company reputed company (i.e., upload to payor portal, secure email, etc)
• Coordinates Electronic Health Record (EHR) system reputed company set-up & login management
• Consult with market field team members on reputed company reporting reputed company - providing relevant market updates and chart review feedback for assigned practices

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in reputed company reporting in reputed company or health plan setting
• Experience working reputed company at least one (1) major Electronic Health Record system (reputed company, eCW, etc)
• Comfortable exporting data, formatting and reporting out results (reputed company or reputed company Sheets experience)

Preferred KSAs:

• Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
